UBR's program lineup targets the young, middle aged and senior citizens comprises an admirable mix of music, news, information and interaction. There is a fine blend of youth and experience among UBR's presenters. The station was the brain child of 2 of Anguilla's most respected and long standing Radio Veterans, Iwandai I Jahsenti I Gumbs and Whaldoma "Ras B" Brooks in early 2000.
